Dear Parents/Carers,
Just a friendly reminder that this term we are looking forward to our Winter Music Concerts, in Week 9.
These are our first Choir and Instrumental Concerts in our Performing Arts Centre (PAC). Due to seating availablity on the tiered seating, we ask that you keep to the allocated number of people per family, stated for each concert.
Please note: Your child only needs to be present for their own concert, not all the concerts. There will be a brief intermission between concerts to allow for performer and audience movement.
All students are to wear their school uniform.

Performance times will sometimes clash with other extra-curricular activities, but as the number of performances throughout the year is minimal, we ask families to give these concerts priority when they do occur. All members of our ensembles contribute significantly during any performance, and to perform with any members absent can result in a lesser quality performance. If students are going to be absent for their performance, we ask they advise us by providing a note/email in advance.
Thank you for your support of the WESS Music Program and we
look forward to seeing you at the concerts.
