Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics focuses on the science of today and the future. WESS values being a creative, artistic school which will enrich STEM through the inclusion of The Arts, to provide opportunities for students to use multimedia, performance, and The Arts to develop their problem solving skills with curiosity and creativity across all areas.

A model of providing planned feedback to students to enable them to set their individual SMART Learning Goals for improvement. Feedback from pre and post assessment will also be used by teachers to differentiate curriculum design.

Teachers utilise a range of data types, from short term information gained from in-class unit related work and Diagnostic/Standardised tests and systemic data (NAPLAN). Curriculum data is used to inform 'Where to Next' and 'Closing the Gap' using in our Feedback for Differentiated Learning Model.
