Students are identified for some of these programs by teachers and administrators through analysis of:  teacher recommendation / evaluation / standardised assessment / data class performance (most recent grades)  

Lunchtime Clubs   


Interested children will be invited to attend the initial sign-up for the program, to sign on and complete an application/information gathering sheet for the Club they are interested in.  Each Club has a cohort of children that they are targeting their program towards, the offerings for different year levels may change from program set to the next.  A letter will be sent home to confirm that students have elected to participate in their lunch times for 10 weeks.  Preference will be given at each new round of programs to children who have not previously participated in an Extra-Curricular Club. 


A wide variety of 10 week Extra-Curricular Clubs are available and may include   

  • Animation-Learning to use the stop motion program to create a short animation  
  • iMovie learning how to create different short films using iMovie   
  • Photography & Photoshop- Taking and editing images                               using cameras and computers   
  • Digital Music Production- composing electronic music using Garage Band         
  • STEAM Makerspace (Junior and Senior)opportunities to explore and tinker with   selected resources to foster curiosity and experimentation  
  • Coding (Junior and Senior)Learning to use Scratch, Python, and HTL code languages
  • Math club – to challenge students in solving mathematical problems in an individualised program  
  • Junior kitchen quiet activities – focus on developing fine motor skills 
  • Junior kitchen games central – lower school focus on social skills fostered through playing games

  •  Mindfulness-to practice mindfulness and calm in a quiet space 

  •  Art & Craft-Yr 3-6 to explore creativity   

Other lunchtime clubs that run all year round may include:   

 •  Environmental Club – to support environmental initiatives around the school 

 •  Greek Dancing Year 1-6Learning traditional Greek dances and performance skills
