Alongside the WESS School Council, we engaged our whole school community asking what values they would like their child/children to exhibit when they left WESS.
From this feedback we developed our five core values—Community, Compassion, Creativity, Confidence and Challenge.
We then developed our school mission: children who are leaders of their own learning, who are self-regulated, kind, generous and respectful, excelling at learning and excelling at life, embracing a lifelong love for learning and life.
Our values, or the 5 C’s, are the foundation of everything we do at West End State School and underpins our School Vision—Empower a generation to positively impact the world.
