Enrolling at West End State School.

Enrolling your child at West End State School is an important and exciting decision. We look forward to working in partnership with you to support your child’s social and emotional development and academic success.

Due to enrolment capacity, West End State School is a catchment managed school and enrolments are accepted only for students who reside within the school’s designated catchment area. The school's catchment map is available from EdMap . Families are also encouraged to review the Enrolment Management Plan and the Queensland Government Gazette No. 50.

Once the enrolment pack and all required documentation listed on the enrolment checklist have been completed, applications should be submitted to the administration office. A member of the administration team will review the application, and an enrolment interview will be scheduled once all documentation has been received (please allow time for processing). The interview includes a brief tour of the school and an overview of key features and procedures.

Please note: Prep 2027 enrolment applications will open at the end of Term 2, 2026.
