Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C)
The West End State School Parents and Citizens’ Association (WESS P&C) plays an active role in supporting the school by enhancing facilities, resources and cultural learning opportunities for students. The P&C provides a range of services to the school community, including Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), the Tuckshop, Uniform Shop, tennis court hire, and a variety of community programs.
Some services, such as the Tuckshop and Uniform Shop, can be conveniently accessed and paid for via Flexischools, making online ordering and payments easy for families.
Get Involved
Your involvement—no matter how big or small—helps strengthen our school community and supports the services we provide. Whether you’re able to help with a one‑off task, support an event, contribute to a project, or volunteer regularly, we would love to have you involved.

Water Rats Swimming Club
The WESS P&C runs the Water Rats Swimming Club, a family‑friendly program held on Thursday evenings from Week 2 to Week 9 in Terms 1 and 4. Students enjoy relaxed free play in the pool, friendly races across all four swimming strokes, and the chance to grab a bite from the volunteer‑run BBQ.
