(P&C)
The West End State School P&C Association actively supports the re-development of facilities and resources within the school, and welcomes any support or suggestions you are able to offer. As a school community group, they work together to give our students diverse and rich cultural learning opportunities, that will equip them to be wise and active citizens, and leaders in our community. The P&C Association provides a number of services to the school community including Outside School Hours Care (OHSC), Water Rats Swim Club, Tennis court hire, Tuckshop and Uniform Shop.
Some of these services can be accessed by the Flexischools such as the Tuckshop, the Uniform Shop. In 2023 swimming lessons will be run by an external provider. More information to follow. Flexischools is an easy online service that lets you pay, book and order directly for these services.

P&C meetings are every 2nd Tuesday of the month in the N Block staff room during term time. 5:30pm nibbles and socialising for a 6:00pm start. Use gate 12 on Ambelside Road to enter.
P&C community Chit Chats are every first Wednesday of the month during term time at the WESS cafe from 7:30am.

Water Rats Swimming Club
The P&C run a family friendly swimming club on Thursday nights from week 2 to week 8 of terms 1 & 4. It offers the opportunity for students to have “free play" in the pool, compete in races across all 4 strokes and partake in a volunteer run BBQ. Please contact the P&C office if you have questions.
