Starting school is a big and exciting milestone, and at West End State School we’re proud to create a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels supported, confident, and ready to learn from day one.
Prep Enrolment Process (2027)
All Prep enrolment enquiries and applications are now managed through our online SOBS system. This allows families to easily submit their details, upload documentation, and track their application in one convenient place.

Once your application has been submitted, our enrolments team will review your information and get in touch with you regarding next steps, including any further documentation required and important dates.
Before You Apply
To help make the process as smooth as possible, we recommend having the following documents ready:
Child’s birth certificate
Proof of residential address
Any relevant visa or citizenship documentation (if applicable)
Providing complete and accurate information will help us process your application more efficiently.
Other Year Level Enquiries
Enrolment enquiries for all other year levels (Years 1–6) are not processed through SOBS at this stage.
